Effective July 27, 2026. Protos Monday is a Grid Sentry Invoicing product operated by The Grid ("we").
Account details you give us (business name, email, optional phone), your invoice identity (company name, address, logo), and the documents you upload for processing (Protos punch reports) together with the invoices and spreadsheets we generate from them.
Only to run the service: process your documents, generate your invoices, support you, and tell you about your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your billing data to train anything. Your documents are visible only to your own company's account.
Data is stored with Supabase (encrypted at rest, TLS in transit) in the United States, isolated per company with row-level security. Uploaded files live in private storage reachable only by signed, expiring links issued to your signed-in account.
You can ask us to export or delete your account and all its data at any time: email support@thegridsentry.com. California residents may exercise their CCPA rights (access, deletion, non-discrimination) through the same address. We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
