Protos Monday converts vendor punch-report PDFs into invoices and highlights discrepancies. It is a drafting and reconciliation tool: you review and approve every invoice before you send it, and you are responsible for what you bill. We flag what we correct and never change numbers silently, but final billing judgment is yours.
Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. One company per account. Don't upload files you don't have the right to process, and don't attempt to access another company's data.
Your first month is free, no card required. After that, continued use is by agreement with us; we'll contact you before anything is ever charged.
Processing volumes are capped to keep the service fast for everyone. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to breach it.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
